Does Nexus have assistive devices available for the hearing impaired?
Yes. We use Dolby Captiview devices, you can request the device when you check-in at our ticket counter and we will be happy to assist you in setting it up.
Does Nexus have handicap accessible seating?
We love the food at Nexus Cinema Dining, can we just come and eat?
Of course. We would love for all our guests to get the full Nexus "Dine-in" Cinema experience but everyone is welcome to come into our Lobby Lounge or upstairs Gallery room to order any food or beverage items available in our theater! Sorry no outside food or drink allowed.
Will Nexus Cinema Dining be able to show first-run new movie releases?
Absolutely, we will have access all the first run new release movies and in some cases we may even be able to get a new blockbuster a day early for a special premier showing!
How will the in-theater iPad prevent guests under 21 from ordering alcohol?
All guests must present their valid ID at the ticket counter when they arrive, if they do not they will not be served alcohol.
Are there different seating options, where will I put my food?
Nexus Cinema Dining has two seating options in our theater. The majority of our seats are luxury recliners with separate feet and back controls. The recliners come with a tray table and cup holder to easily accommodate one of our delicious menu options and beverage. If you would prefer to pull your chair up to a table to enjoy your meal, each theater also offers a very comfortable high-backed rolling chair.

I ordered tickets but cannot make it to the show, do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Sorry there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased online or at the ticket counter.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code but the majority of our guests prefer dressy casual, like you might wear to a nice restaurant or lounge.
What is this iPad app, do I need to put it on my phone, is it hard to use?
No , you will not need to put a new app on your phone . Nexus provides free iPads equipped with the Menupad app for all patrons. We think you will find ordering from the app very easy and intuitive. Of course our staff is happy to assist with any questions you may have.
What is your age policy?
Nexus is a Cinema-Dining experience intended for adults. No one under 21 is admitted unless accompanied by someone 21 or over.
Can We bring our own food and drink?
Sorry no outside food or drink is allowed. Personal items are subject to inspection to comply with our policy.
Why is there a booking fee to buy tickets online?
We charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of offering online ticketing and seat reservation, which we hope you'll agree is well worth it to have your seats reserved ahead of time!
I reserved my seats using your online ticketing, can I change my seats?
We are sorry but at this time we are not allowing seats to be changed.
Can I reserve my seat(s) ahead of time
Absolutely! You can buy your tickets and reserve your seats from our online ticketing system. You're also welcome to come in anytime and buy your tickets and reserve your seats from our ticket counter.
Do I have to order something to watch a movie?
Well we are a restaurant as much as a movie theater. But you are welcome to just have appetizers or a drink (or two) if you don’t want a full meal.
